DIPLOMA PROCEDURE INSTRUCTION

CRITERIA FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF MASTER'S/BACHELOR'S THESES

In order to be allowed to take the diploma exam, it is necessary to:

1. Obtain all grades in the electronic student record book together with the passing of the diploma seminar.
2. Information regarding the e-Circulation Card and the Graduate Information Form (GIF; in Polish – Karta Informacyjna Absolwenta, KIA) can be found in the Diploma Procedure Instructions for Faculty of Management students. 
3. Settlement with the University should be completed:
4. The University has 30 days from the date of completion of studies, i.e. the date of the diploma examination, to prepare documents confirming graduation. The complete set of documents includes: the diploma of graduation in Polish, two copies of the diploma in Polish together with the diploma supplement in Polish, and two copies of the diploma supplement in Polish. Students who commenced or resumed their studies in the 2019/2020 academic year or later are not charged any fees for the above-mentioned set of documents. At the student’s request, submitted before the diploma examination via the eUczelnia system — “Application for issuing a copy of the diploma and a copy of the supplement in a foreign language” — one copy of the diploma and one copy of the supplement may be issued in a foreign language free of charge. If the student does not submit an application for the foreign-language version, all documents will be prepared in Polish.
