Please read the information about the dissertations and diploma exams in 2025/2026.
CRITERIA FOR THE ASSESSMENT OF MASTER'S/BACHELOR'S THESES
In order to be allowed to take the diploma exam, it is necessary to:
- Obtain all grades in the electronic student record book together with the passing of the diploma seminar.
- Information regarding the e-Clearance Card and the Graduate Information Card (KIA) can be found in the Diploma Procedure Instructions for WZ students.
- Settlement with the University should be completed:

LIBRARY |
- borrowed books should be given back and debts should be paid to the library (e.g. for an untimely return of books) |
|
|
DORMITORY |
- all outstanding payments should be made, including fees for residing at the students’ dormitory (applies to students residing at the students’ dormitory during studies); |
|
|
FEES |
- all outstanding payments in students’ fees should be made; - a fee for the diploma in the amount of PLN 60 should be made to the student’s individual account number concerning students’ payments located on the student’s portal. |
