After being accepted for Erasmus+

RESPONSIBILITIES BEFORE DEPARTURE

After qualifying for Erasmus+ mobility, students are required to:

1. Inform the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Management about their qualification for participation in the Erasmus+ programme.

2. Complete the following documents:

· Learning Agreement (OLA)

· Internal Addendum

Deadlines for submitting documents

· by 15 November – for departures in the summer semester.

Instructions for completing the OLA and Internal Addendum are provided below.

Changes to the Learning Agreement (Changes)

If, after arriving at the Host University, it is necessary to make changes to the approved OLA:

· you must complete the Learning Agreement – Changes section,

· the procedure for signing the document is the same as for the original Learning Agreement.

START OF THE EXCHANGE

Within 30 days of the start of classes, the student must submit the following to the Dean's Office:

· Learning Agreement,

· Learning Agreement – Changes (if applicable),

· Internal Addendum.

Failure to submit the above documents will prevent the semester from being completed and will result in removal from the student register.

Completing the OLA

The OLA is an electronic document prepared on the platform: https://learning-agreement.eu

If the partner university does not use the OLA, it is necessary to complete a paper version of the Learning Agreement.

Requirements regarding the number of ECTS:

· 1-semester abroad – minimum 30 ECTS,

· 2-semester stay – minimum 60 ECTS.

You cannot choose subjects that you have already passed at the Faculty of Management.

Table A

Enter the subjects taken at the host university that correspond in content and learning outcomes to the subjects in the UG study programme.

The choice of subjects must be approved by the Faculty Coordinator.

Table B

Enter all subjects included in the WZ study plan for the semester/year in which the exchange takes place.

The Internal Addendum is used to enter subjects that cannot be completed abroad and which the student must pass after returning, i.e.:

· diploma seminar,

· student internship,

· subject ‘to be completed after returning from mobility’.

If the student does not have to complete any of the above subjects after returning, the coordinator signs the document, ticking the ‘Not Applicable’ box.

SPECIAL RULES FOR SETTLEMENT
