Application form

Students of the 3rd year of bachelor studies applying for mobility for the 1st year of master studies are required to attach the following statement with their application for the mobility:

Scans of application forms and attachments (e.g. language certificates, certificates of student activity) should be sent to aleksandra.sobanska-psiuk@ug.edu.pl till 2 pm on 23rd of February, 2024.

If you wish to travel with another person, please indicate this in your application (I would like to do my exchange with....).
