New skills for the blue economy - a summary of the BlueBioTechpreneurs project
The development and launch of a free MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) educational platform designed to develop skills related to entrepreneurship, innovation and the sustainable use of marine resources, as well as the creation of five online courses covering various areas of the blue bioeconomy - these are the key outcomes of the recently completed BlueBioTechpreneurs (BBT).
Faculty of Management UG recognised in the “Perspektywy” Ranking
During the meeting of the Senate of the University of Gdańsk held on 2 July 2026, the Rector of the University of Gdańsk, Prof. Piotr Stepnowski, congratulated the faculties whose degree programmes were ranked among the TOP 10 in this year’s “Perspektywy” Ranking of Study Programmes.
Visit of International Guests as Part of Staff Training Mobility
On 2 June 2026, the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk hosted representatives of partner universities from several countries: Slovenia, Italy, Czechia, Slovakia and Turkey. The guests represented, among others, the Economy Vocational College in Celje, the University of Sassari, the University of Ostrava, the University of St. Cyril and Methodius, and Kırşehir Ahi Evran University.
