Agata Borowska-Pietrzak, Ph.D. from the Department of Organizational Behavior at the Faculty of Management, University of Gdańsk, has started a six-month research internship at the Faculty of Economics, Business, and Tourism at the University of Split. The academic supervisor of the internship is Prof. Srećko Goić from the Department of Management at the University of Split.

Research Focus: Psychological Resilience in Generation Z
This internship, which focuses on research into psychological resilience in Generation Z, is part of Dr. Borowska-Pietrzak's habilitation process. The main objectives include:
✅ Bibliometric research and a systematic literature review in the field of job satisfaction management models,
✅ Exploring the impact of psychological resilience-building methods on Generation Z entering the labor market.
In addition, the internship includes pilot studies aimed at applying developed concepts and tools for diagnosing selected models. The outcome of this research will be a scientific article affiliated with the University of Split: "Mapping Resilience Channels in Generation Z. Comparative Study Among Polish and Croatian Students". The publication will be presented at the international FEBST conference, organized by the University of Split, taking place May 21-23, 2025, in Brela, Croatia.
