Cooperation

We attach great importance to cooperation with other research centers - both domestic and foreign. Our employees have been involved in the work of the Scientific Society of Organization and Management for many years, performing important functions in the Gdańsk branch. They are also members ofAssociation of Business Process Management Professional International and Association for Computing Machinery.

We run a number of activities together with representatives of the business and administration world. We have established cooperation with "Pomeranian Employers", the largest and oldest employers' organization operating in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. We are the initiator of the cooperation platform of HR professionals in the form of "First HR". It is a cyclical forum for the exchange of knowledge, experience and good practices between business practitioners, students and the academic staff of the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk. We work with the consulting company LeanQ Team on initiatives related to the popularization of the concept of Lean Management. At the request of the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk, we have created new post-graduate studies addressed to judicial staff.

For many years, our employees have been engaged as experts by enterprises and local government and central administration units. Some of them act as members of supervisory boards and people managing companies.
