Cooperation
Employees of the Department of Investments and Real Estate use the results of research carried out as part of constant cooperation with the business community. The result of this cooperation is the implementation of numerous contracts for the preparation of expert opinions and assessments in such areas as: real estate valuation, the process of managing the European Union structural funds, the development of financial instruments for small and medium-sized enterprises and many others. Moreover, the knowledge and skills of the employees of the Department of Investments and Real Estate contribute to cooperation with various organizations and associations.

- An expert under the regional program European Funds for Pomerania 2021-2027.
- Since 2019 Member of the Real Estate Scientific Society.
- Expert under the Regional Operational Program of the Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2007-2013 and 2014-2020, the Marshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
- 2009-2013 Member of the State Qualification Committee at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development (subcommittee for real estate agents and property managers).
- Since 2008 Member of the Editorial Committee of the Świat Nieruchomości / World of Real Estate magazine, Wyd. Foundation of the University of Economics in Krakow.
- An expert under the Integrated Operational Program for Regional Development in 2004-2006.

- Member of the Municipal Urban Planning and Architecture Commission in the term of office 2022-2023 - an advisory body to the Mayor of Gdynia.
- Since December 2021 Member of the council of the Pomeranian Institute of Property Expertise.
- Member of the Task Force for Urban and Metropolitan Areas at the National Spatial Development Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences, term 2019-2022.
- Member of the Real Estate Scientific Society from January 1, 2019.
- Member of the Standards Committee at the Polish Federation of Associations of Property Appraisers, from June 16, 2018 to 2019.
- Member of the State Qualification Committee - subcommittee for property valuation appointed by the Minister of Infrastructure on April 1, 2009 and again on October 4, 2011.
- Member of the Training Committee at the Polish Federation of Associations of Property Appraisers, from 2006 to 2009.
- Member of the Management Board of the Pomeranian Society of Property Appraisers, from 2006 to April 2009.
