Parking Payment System ( May - September) at the Facultu of Management

As in the previous year, the Real Estate Management Department conducted a tender for the management of the car park at the Faculty of Management for events held at the Forest Opera.

As in the previous year, the offer submitted by WEIP was accepted by the Chancellor of the University of Gdańsk due to its favourable financial terms and the proposed system of transparent accounting of revenues from individual events.

The car park will be managed under the following conditions:

The car park will be equipped with parking meters and signs informing about the rules of use. From May to September, the parking meters will be in operation and users from outside the University of Gdańsk will be required to pay fees in accordance with the price list.

Students, doctoral students and postgraduate students of the Faculty of Management will use the car park free of charge on the basis of a valid student ID card (by placing a photocopy of the ID card with personal details marked in a visible place in the car).

During larger events, WEIP will provide staff to coordinate traffic in the car park.

If a fine is imposed on a UG employee or student for not having a parking ticket, the fine can be waived by sending an email to nieruchomosci@ug.edu.pl.
