The Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk announces the recruitment of students for the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) Leadership and Soft Skills for Modern Organizations, organized by the Parthenope University of Naples within the framework of the SEA-EU alliance.
The BIP is an international, hybrid form of education combining online classes with an intensive stay in Naples. Participants will develop leadership competencies and soft skills essential in modern organizations, in particular communication, collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, psychological resilience, self-awareness, and working in an intercultural environment.
Program Schedule
The program comprises a total of 36 hours of classes:
- Online component: 23–25 September 2026,
- On-site component in Naples: 28 September – 2 October 2026.
The on-site classes will take place at the Parthenope University of Naples and at Villa Doria d'Angri in Naples.
Program Content
The scope of the program includes, among others:
- leadership and soft skills in modern organizations,
- communication and collaboration in international teams,
- working in a multicultural and interdisciplinary environment,
- developing self-awareness, psychological resilience, and emotional intelligence,
- problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management,
- experiential learning through simulations, workshop-based work, and team tasks.
The on-site component will include, among others, a Hackathon for Soft Skills workshop, sessions using the LEGO® Serious Play® method, negotiation and conflict-management exercises, activities supporting psychological resilience, and a cultural day in Naples.

- 3 ECTS credits,
- participation in the international SEA-EU educational program,
- development of soft skills valued by employers,
- experience working in intercultural teams,
- contact with lecturers and students from partner universities,
- hands-on experience in leadership, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance and a Transcript of Records.
Who Can Apply?
Students of the University of Gdańsk are invited to apply, in particular students of the Faculty of Management, at the following levels:
- Bachelor's studies,
- Master's studies,
- Doctoral school.
The program is conducted in English. A minimum English proficiency level of B2 or equivalent is required.
Number of Places
The standard number of places allocated to the partner university is 3 students + 4 students (waiting list). Should other partner universities not use their full allocation, additional candidates from the waiting list may be qualified.
Funding
The mobility is eligible for funding under the Erasmus+ program. Detailed information on funding rules, required documents, and departure procedures will be provided to candidates qualified for the programme.

Qualification interviews will be held online on: 3 September, 12:00 PM
The qualification interview will include a short conversation in English and an assessment of motivation to participate in the program.

Procedure After Qualification
Upon successful qualification, the student will be required to submit the required recruitment documents in accordance with the procedure in force at the University of Gdańsk, including documents related to Erasmus+ mobility.
