Registration of Papers and Posters – 5th Young Science Congress

We are pleased to announce that registration for papers and posters for the 5th Young Science Congress is now open! The deadline for submissions is 18 June. The Congress will take place from 17 to 19 July at the University of Gdańsk.
Important!
We have prepared a special reduced fee of 140 PLN for members of the academic community.

Participants wishing to submit a paper or poster can register until 18 June. This year, participants will have the opportunity to apply to a record number of 109 panels across various fields of science.
The 5th Young Science Congress is a unique opportunity for young researchers to present their research findings, share their theses, and establish valuable academic connections. The event has an international and multidisciplinary character, bringing together a wide range of scientific fields.
Below, we provide key information for those interested in participating in the Young Science Congress:
- Participants submitting the registration form must attach an abstract in .docx format (abstract template: wzor-abstraktu.docx). All abstracts will be reviewed by the academic supervisors of the panels and, upon acceptance, will be scheduled for presentation during the Congress.
- Each participant may submit up to three papers and posters under a single registration fee.
We also encourage participants to submit post-conference publications to the journal Progress. Journal of Young Researchers, published by the University of Gdańsk since 2017.

The participation fee for members of the University of Gdańsk community is 140 PLN. The fee covers conference materials, full catering, and access to all scheduled program activities.
Accommodation is available at a preferential rate (43.20 PLN per person per night, net) in the University of Gdańsk student dormitories in Gdańsk Oliwa.
The only condition for receiving the reduced conference fee is participation in the opening ceremony, which will take place on the afternoon of 17 July.
